We appreciate that choosing to save your baby's umbilical cord blood is one of the first important decisions you will make for your child, as well as one of the first important financial investments you will make for your child.

Enrollment is easy and we offer payment options to suit any budget. Payment plans that extend for 60 months can reduce your monthly payment to as little as $38. Annual Storage fees, guaranteed not to increase for the life of the original contract, will be invoiced in the month preceding your child’s birthday for as long as the blood remains in storage. An enrollment fee of $150 is included in all quoted prices and is non-refundable.

Fees apply only to single births in the U.S.
Additional pricing available for multiple and international births.
Additional fees may be incurred for same day, next day or Saturday delivery of Collection Kit.

**12 Months No Interest Plan, $1,000 minimum charge, Prime plus 14.73% (min. 22.98%) interest rate applied if balance not paid in full by end of promotional period. You can pay more than the minimum payment each month in order to repay the promotional purchase balance by its due date.
